Back From The Dead

It's been a while. But I'm back. After a hectic first year of studying architecture and juggling work I've had no time for anything besides breathing. But as I'll be deferring next semester I suddenly find myself with 8 whole months of nothing and so I'm filling it up by doing everything I've been wanting to do, one of which is getting this blog back on track (as I've been meaning to do for so long). I've got so many new clothes/shoes to share and quite a few exciting travels coming up so stay tuned! I'm so excited! Follow my Instagram for even more updates @parindesaii
Peace out xoxo

Comic Reaction

I've had my eye on this muscle-style tank with a comic print for a while and so when it came on sale a few days ago, I couldn't resist myself. While out with my mum yesterday I wore it with this asymmetrical black skirt that I absolutely love because of the way it flows out as you walk. Also went for a gold collar necklace and hair clasp to add a bit of a superhero feel, much like in comic books to keep with the theme!

Channel Orange

Happy New Year! Spent the weekend with the family wearing this cute orange summer dress I found! I wore them my coral wedges that lace their way up your legs, which I thought was pretty cool. Really enjoying the summer so far!

Sports Luxe - The Leather Diaries Part 3 of 3

It's my final leather post! Still with the same pair of leather shorts...

I've worn these leather shorts for the past few posts but this will probably be the last time you'll see them, unless I think of some other way to wear them, as it's my last post as part of the leather series. Just going to go on a whim and add in that I also think high waisted leather shorts or even a leather skirt would look great for New Year's Eve paired with a sequin-filled top. It'll keep the shine to a more subtle look instead of being overpowering or too distracting... Unless that's what you were going for of course! Anyway, before I get too sidetracked, back to this post! I found this denim sweatshirt from asos and thought it really stoop out to me, it's also great during Summer as it's so loose and has big arm holes. I also wore my white leather sneaker wedges that I got quite a while back but have never worn out yet, as I thought it really oozed the whole Sports Luxe theme of the outfit. Have a great start to the New Year everyone! xoxo

Black and White - The Leather Diaries Part 2 of 3

I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and got some really great presents, or like me just ate everything that was there. So, here's the second part of my leather outfit inspirations. I paired some classic high waisted leather shorts with a simple white shirt and black blazer. The blazer actually has a leather trim across the shoulders which I thought was pretty snazzy. It's a more dressy and serious look but I think the leather keeps things casual yet still bold and striking. Although you can't see it in the photos, I also wore red lipstick which really popped out, but any shade would pop against this outfit.

Leather on Leather - The Leather Diaries Part 1 of 3

The other day I came across a lovely black leather dress by Free People and while debating whether to buy it or not, I started thinking about how could style it as leather can be tricky. Then I got a brainwave and thought I should compile a few posts dedicated to styling leather outfits on here for my few lovely readers as I think leather outfits are under appreciated as well and can seem a bit solitary. So here I am trying on a few takes on wearing leather. I'll make 3 parts so enjoy my first one today!

This leather on leather look works with nude basic colours as a backdrop to rich plum/fuchsia hues. The faux snakeskin also work well with this as it stands out and goes for an even more daring look that's already created from the leather on leather.

Tropical Bloom

This floral infusion reminds me of warm tropical days, drinking coconuts on a palm-lined beach with the sun slowly setting on the horizon with a burst of orange and rich reds. Its the perfect summer dress that can be worn from day to night, by dressing it up with some cute blue or neon yellow heels. It really doesn’t need much but it says so much. Shouting fun and warm days of summer this outfit screams in sync with sweet floral blooms.
